Privacy Policy

Maintaining the confidentiality of our customers' and contractors' data as well as transparency in their processing is extremely important to us, which is why we have prepared a new privacy policy that describes how personal data are protected and processed.

 

The controller of personal data is Extend Vision Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kraków, at ul. Kamienna 43, 31-403 Kraków, entered into the Register of Companies, kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number: 0000103098, Statistical No. 351152198, Tax No.: 945-15-15-490.

 

Where do we store your data?


We store collected personal data within the European Economic Area ("EEA"), on tightly secured servers. Each operation of sending and processing personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable law.

 

Who has access to your data?
 

Access to your data is only available to Extend Vision.

We never forward your data, sell it or exchange it for marketing purposes with entities outside of Extend Vision. Data provided to external entities are used only to provide you with our services.

 

What are your rights?


Remember that you have the right to request information about which of your personal data are stored by us at any time. You have the right to receive a copy of these data. You can also request that your personal data be corrected if they are incorrect or if incomplete data are added.

You have the right to delete any data processed by Extend Vision at any time, except in the following situations:


* You have an open order that has not yet been sent or has been sent only partially 
* You have an unpaid debt to Extend Vision, regardless of the payment method 
* Your debt has been sold to an outside company in the last three years or one year (in case of customers who have died) 
* Your credit application has been rejected within the last three months 
* If you have made any purchases, we will keep your personal information about transactions for accounting purposes.

 

You have the right not to consent to the processing of data on the basis of the legitimate interest of Extend Vision.

                                                                                          

You also have the right not to consent to direct marketing, including profiling.

 

You can opt out of receiving direct marketing materials in the following ways:

* Following the instructions contained in each such e-mail 
* By sending an e-mail to biuro@extendvision.pl with the title: To the Data Protection Officer - withdrawal of consent for direct marketing

 

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data under the following conditions:

* If you do not agree to the processing of data based on the legitimate interest of Extend Vision, then Extend Vision will limit any processing of such data after verifying whether there is such a legitimate interest.
* If you report that your personal information is incorrect, then Extend Vision must limit any data processing until it is verified that it is correct.
* If the data processing is unlawful, then you may not consent to the deletion of your personal data and request to restrict the use of your personal data instead.
* If Extend Vision no longer needs your personal information, but it is required to report or dismiss a claim.

The right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body:  
 

If you think that Extend Vision processes your personal information incorrectly, you can contact us. You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body.

 

Updates to our Privacy Policy:
 

In the future, we may need to update the Privacy Policy. Its latest version will always be available on our website. We will inform you of any changes to the Privacy Policy, such as changes to the purpose for which we use your personal information, the identity of the Data Protection Officer or about your rights.
